SPENCER — Spencer Police reported that a shooting occurred on Monday morning. Witnesses reported hearing multiple shots on Second Street near Rowan Avenue. One victim was injured and transported to a medical facility with non-life threatening injuries.

Police believe this was not a random act. A green vehicle — possible a Chrysler or Dodge — containing at least two occupants was seen leaving the area immediately after shots were heard.
