In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A larceny occurred in the 300 block of South Caldwell Street at 1:07 p.m. on May 3. The total estimated loss was $300.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 100 block of Castlewood Drive at 5:45 p.m. on May 3.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 500 block of South Caldwell Street between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on May 3.
  • A strongarm robbery without a weapon occurred in the 800 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard West at 3:55 a.m. on May 4. The total estimated loss was $100.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1500 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 4:02 a.m. on May 4.
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia occurred in the 900 block of Bendix Drive at 12:56 p.m. on May 4.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 200 block of South Craige Street at 1:35 p.m. on May 4.
  • A larceny occurred in the 1300 block of Tabernacle Street at 2 p.m. on May 4. The total estimated loss was $750.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 4 p.m. on May 4. The total estimated loss was $79.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 6:25 p.m. on May 4. The total estimated loss was $8.
  • A hit and run causing personal injury occurred in the 100 block of Gold Hill Drive at 9:04 p.m. on May 4.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1500 block of East Innes Street at 11:59 p.m. on May 4.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1800 block of First Street at 9:10 p.m. on May 5.
  • Tyisha Mariah Peck, 32, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on May 3.
  • Eliah Dubrey, 21, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying a public officer on May 4.
  • Suzanna Bryant Sain, 42, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and battery or affray and misdemeanor vandalism to real property causing willful and wanton injury on May 4.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • A burglary by forcible entry and assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the 300 block of Foxrun Road between 10 p.m. on May 2 and 9:07 a.m. on May 3.
  • Fraud occurred in the 3700 block of Millbridge Road between 9 a.m. and noon on April 30. It was reported on May 3. The total estimated loss was $70.
  • Shoplifting occurred at Long Ferry Road at 8:49 p.m. on May 3.
  • Vandalism occurred at Childers Road between 12:01 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on May 4.
  • Cesar Antonio Juarez-Cacao, 28, was charged with misdemeanor driving while impaired on May 2.
  • Jeremy Robert Patterson, 46, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on May 2.
  • Tamoryia Marion Stone, 20, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and felony resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on May 2.
  • Jerrett Leland Beane, 34, was charged with three counts of felony distributing private images of an adult on May 2.
  • Dante Marquis Mitchell, 34, was charged with felony stalking, misdemeanor cyberstalking, misdemeanor threatening phone call and six counts of misdemeanor violating a domestic violence protective order on May 2.
  • Russell Dean Butler, 62, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on May 2.
  • Willie Ernest Fields, 30, was charged with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia; simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute; and two counts of trafficking in drugs on May 2.
  • Ashley Lynn Bynum, 36, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance on a penal institution premises on May 2. Bynum was charged with felony possession of cocaine, possession of up to 0.5 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance on a penal institution premises on May 3.
  • Nature Da Million Smith, 20, was charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm and misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun on May 2.
  • Mohamed Sameh Ahmed, 48, was charged with misdemeanor violating a domestic violence protective order on May 3.
  • Lukas Aaron Money, 28, was charged with two counts of felony larceny and misdemeanor larceny on May 3.
  • Sara Elizabeth Woolf, 35, was charged with possession of methamphetamine on May 3.
  • Jacob Charles Brown, 36, was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses on May 3.
  • Lisa Marie Gainey, 41, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor defacing or desecrating grave sites on May 3.
  • Kaiel Najja Hatten, 26, was charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on May 3.
  • Jason Smith, 39, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor interfering with emergency communications on May 4.
  • Jessey Patrick Johnson, 32, was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the neglect of a minor on May 4.
  • Devin Reshod May, 31, was charged with possession of up to 0.5 counts of a schedule VI controlled substance and speeding 15 mph more than the speed limit on May 4.
