Detectives with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigative Unit executed a gambling search warrant at 2875 China Grove Road, China Grove, on Nov. 5.
Kenneth Wayne Bailey was subsequently issued a citation for operating games of chance, including tip boards and numbers tickets.
In other Sheriff’s Office reports:
– Harry Lee Haynes, 2180 China Grove Road, China Grove, reported items stolen from his residence between July 15 and Oct. 14. Included were several pieces of jewelry, some coins and a Polaroid camera.
– John Edwards McGinnis was arrested on charges of assault by pointing a gun at 8683 Cloverfield Drive, Kannapolis, on Nov. 5.
