Three people have been added to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted List — two people wanted in connection to break-ins, and one a registered sex offender.
Terry Wayne Miller Jr., 21, is a registered sex offender who left the registered residence without making a notification to the sheriff. Miller now faces felony charges of failing to notify of address change. Miller’s last know location is East Torbush Drive, East Spencer. He is believed to be living in Davidson County.
Donterio Rashard Glaspy and Desmond Cruse are wanted in daytime house break-ins in the China Grove, Landis and Enochville areas.
In late February and early March, the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division began investigating the break-ins in southern Rowan County.
During a break-in in Enochville, an alert neighbor told deputies that a white Nissan Altima had been seen at the scene of the crime, and the vehicle was operated by two black males.
Days later, at another house break-in, another concerned neighbor told deputies about a car in the area matching the same description. This information was shared with surrounding law enforcement agencies, and on March 21, a Kannapolis Police officer spotted the car and made a vehicle stop.
The two occupants, Glaspy and Cruse, were identified, and this information was shared with Rowan investigators.
Sheriff’s detectives then used this information to match forensic evidence collected from the crime scenes to the suspects. Warrants were obtained on Cruse and Glaspy for six counts of felony breaking and entering and larceny and one count of second-degree burglary.
Both suspects had already made bond on the charges from Kannapolis Police prior to the Rowan County charges being issued. Both Glaspy and Cruse have been added to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted List.
-Donterio “Rio” Glaspy, 22, and Desmond Cruse, 20, were last known to be staying in the Concord-Kannapolis area.
