Authorities are asking for the community’s help in determining who spray-painted the dugout at Overton Elementary School over the weekend. Someone walking on the Greenway in the area spotted two young males jump the fence at the baseball field.
The witness said they saw the males shortly after 7 p.m. Saturday. Soon after the two jumped the fence, the witness said they smelled paint in the air and then not long after the two males were back over the fence. Salisbury Police say there was blue spray-paint on the wall of the dugout and on the bench.
