the walkCHINA GROVE ó Andy and Sabrina Caudill have been part of First Methodist Church’s Relay for Life team for several years now. This year, Andy will walk the survivors lap.
“It was different the year that Daddy had cancer,” Sabrina says. “I think it’ll be emotional for all of us.”
Sabrina is hoping that her father and Andy will be able to walk together ó but Glenn Tyson has just had a chemotherapy treatment, so they’ll just have to wait and see.
“I think it’s going to be great,” Andy says of the opening lap.
The opening ceremonies for Relay for Life begin at 6 p.m. Friday at Rowan County Fairgrounds.
