Police investigating fires set inside two Dumpsters

The Salisbury Police Department is working to determine who set fires in a pair of Dumpsters on Monday.
A motorist flagged down an officer at the Police Department at 9:30 p.m. to report two trash receptacles on fire.
One of the bins was located at 320 East Franklin St., behind Piedmont Alloy, and the other was at 700 North Long St. in building C, just around the corner at Diversified Graphics, Inc.
The fire department was called to the scene to extinguish the fires. The incident is under investigation as arson.
