More Salisbury residents have come forward to report they were victims ó or almost-victims ó of a flim-flam.
Salisbury Police said they have a suspect who they believe contacted many local residents with a story involving a broken-down car, a family emergency in South Carolina and a desperate need for money.
Many of the incidents occurred last month.
Police are asking those who have been contacted by someone with a similar story to call the Salisbury Police department at 704-638-5333.
In other incidents:
– David Franklin Lee, 47, was charged with felony breaking and entering.
