Sunrise Service at Trinity Presbyterian

Come and celebrate the good news during a sunrise service at Trinity Presbyterian Church USA, 300 South Caldwell St. in Salisbury. The service will be on Sunday, March 31, at 7 a.m. followed by breakfast. Dr. David Boger will open your hearts and minds as he delivers the message “Our Past, Our Present Our Future.”

Easter Worship in Bell Tower Green Park

The entire community is invited to gather at Bell Tower Green Park on Easter Sunday, March 31, for a Sunrise Service starting at 6:30 a.m. This is the third consecutive year that the community has gathered at the Park for Easter morning worship. Easter is the day on which Christians celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus after his crucifixion on Good Friday. We gather not only to proclaim this Good News, but also to participate in the ongoing renewal of all things by this power that transcends our doubts, mistakes, challenges and even death. We will gather for music, Scripture, and a sermon by the Rev. Kendra Joyner Miller, the chaplain at Catawba College. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. The service is planned for the benefit of the entire Salisbury-Rowan community by several congregations in downtown Salisbury.
