Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A man reported on Monday he was the victim of fraud while in the 1600 block of Safrit Road.

• A man in the 4000 block of Woodleaf Road reported on Monday he was the victim of a scam.

• Bullington Construction reported on Monday someone stole construction equipment from the business located in the 1300 block of Old Beatty Ford Road, China Grove.

• Michael Twain Thomas, 27, was charged on Sunday with misdemeanor indecent exposure while in the 100 block of West Liberty Street, China Grove.

• Dean Lamar James, 31, was charged on Sunday with misdemeanor breaking and entering while in the 200 block of Elm Grove Road, Rockwell.

• Richard Kasey Webb, 31, was charged on Sunday with felony possession of a controlled substance schedule I while at the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office.

• Greta Joanne Sullivan, 40, was charged on Sunday with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance schedule VI up to half an ounce while in the 800 block of Vanderbilt Drive.

• Kaitlyn Marie Johns, 21, was charged on Sunday with felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises.
