SALISBURY — The Rowan County commissioners will consider extending the discount period for early payment of county taxes during a called meeting at 3 p.m. Monday.

The meeting will be in the J. Newton Cohen Sr. Room on the second floor of the Rowan County Administration Building, 130 W. Innes St.
