Speak U.P. (Under Pressure) teen forum will sponsor “Dare 2 B Different” from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 18 at 127 Fifth St., Spencer.

Youths ages 12 to 19 may anonymously submit questions or topics for discussion at speak.up@hotmail.com.

The program will be hosted by Gordon and Iesha Patterson and will feature inspirational speaker Bishop Russell Smyre along with other speakers.
