County and municipal offices will be closed and services rescheduled because of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

Salisbury

• City office buildings, including the customer service center and all recreation centers, will be closed Monday.

• Garbage and recycling collection will not be affected.

• The street division will not offer limb or leaf collection Monday. Collection will resume Tuesday.

• Salisbury Transit will offer regular services.

• Salisbury-Rowan Utilities’ administrative offices will be closed Monday.For a water or sewer emergency after hours or during the holiday, call 704-638-5339.

• Salisbury Community Park will operate from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday.

China Grove

Town offices will be closed Monday. Garbage and recycling will not be affected.

Cleveland

Town offices will be closed Monday. Garbage and recycling will not be affected.

East Spencer

Town offices will be closed Monday. Trash pickup will not be affected.

Faith

Town offices will be open Monday and trash pickup will not be affected.

Granite Quarry

Town offices will be closed Monday.

Kannapolis

City Kannapolis offices will be closed Monday. There will be no delay in garbage and recycling collection, but yard debris collection will be delayed one day.

Landis 
Town offices will be open Monday and trash pickup will not be affected.

Rockwell

Town offices will be closed Monday. Trash pickup will not be affected.

Rowan County

All administrative offices, recycling convenience centers and recycling processing center will be closed Monday. The landfill will operate on its usual schedule.

Rowan County commissioners will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday instead of Monday.

Spencer

Town offices will be closed Monday. The trash schedule will be delayed one day.
