Symposium on navigating senior care set Nov. 27

SALISBURY — A symposium about senior care will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Nov. 27 at Rowan Public Library, 201 W. Fisher St.

A panel discussion, “Navigating Senior Care Options,” will feature experts discussing senior care issues, concerns and options.

Topics include insurance and financial planning, home care services, assisted living, skilled care, hospice and palliative care, preparing for moving or aging in place, and senior health insurance.

Whether you are searching for information for yourself, a family member or a friend, the panel discussion will give you insight into the senior care industries.

Participants can learn what questions to ask as they navigate senior care options. After the speaker presentations, there will be time for questions and answers and to meet one-on-one with panelists.
