Come taste and vote on the best chili recipes in Rowan County at the 10th Annual Big Chili Cookoff on Nov. 3 at the F&M Trolley Barn. Guests will begin entering the event at 6:30 p.m. through the front doors of Waterworks Visual Arts Center, 121 East Liberty St. in Historic Salisbury’s East Square Cultural Arts District.
