SALISBURY — During June, Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar is having a fundraiser to support Rowan One Church One Child.

The staff at the restaurant, located at 118 N. Main St., will donate $2 to the organization for every Low Country Boil sold.

Rowan One Church One Child is a partnership among the Rowan County Department of Social Services and area churches to provide essential items to children, teenagers, birth families and relatives who receive child protection services or foster care in Rowan County.

The program’s goal is to keep birth families intact or assist relative caregivers who provide care to children.

Shuckin’ Shack is open daily for lunch and dinner — 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and noon-10 p.m. Sunday.
