The Arbor UMC welcomes new pastor
At the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday, the Arbor UMC, 5545 Woodleaf Road, welcomes its new pastor, the Rev. Craig J. Sefa. Originally from Baltimore, Md., Pastor Craig comes by way of Florida, Kentucky, and most recently Waxhaw. He holds a master of divinity and a master of arts in theological studies from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Ky. and completed his ordination in 2016.
Since 2003, Sefa has served in youth and college ministry, pulpit supply and pastored several United Methodist churches. Craig’s wife, McKenzie, is also a Methodist pastor now serving at Central UMC in Spencer. They have a 3-year-old daughter, Ariana.
