Blotter: Man held on $225,000 bond for drug charges

SALISBURY – Salisbury Police arrested Justin Dean Caldwell, 29, of Charlotte, early Saturday morning for felony and misdemeanor drug offenses.

According to arrest warrants, Caldwell was in the possession of ecstasy, one-half ounce or less of marijuana and a black digital scale for the preparation of marijuana.

Caldwell has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He remains in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $225,000 secured bond.

Pair charged with conspiracy to deliver meth

KANNAPOLIS – Terry Brian Parham, 46, of Landis, and Shane Keith Moore, 42, of China Grove, were arrested late Friday evening by Kannapolis Police.

The pair sold approximately 0.6 ounce of methamphetamine.

Parham is charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a controlled substance, selling meth, and conspiring to deliver meth.

Moore is charged with conspiring to traffic meth, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a controlled substance, and conspiring to deliver meth. He is held under a $5,000 secured bond at the Rowan County Detention Center.

  • Timothy Paul Fleming, 26, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and distribute a controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for use, storage, or sale of a controlled substance.
  • Keith Armstrong, 66, was charged Friday with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
  • Jeremiah Dayquan Howie, 25, was charged Friday with resisting, delaying, or obstructing a public officer.
