FFA members visit NC Senate
Student members of local Future Farmers of America clubs recently paid a visit to the N.C. Senate and met with Sen. Tom McInnis (R-Richmond).
“I was very happy to welcome members of the FFA clubs of Rowan County public schools to the N.C. Senate,” McInnis said in a press release. “These young folks represent the next generation who will grow the food that is needed for our nation and world. Most all of the members will be going to college for some type of agricultural education. I am very honored to represent these outstanding young citizens of Rowan County.”
