Rowan’s Little League champs at Intimidators on Friday

On Friday, Aug. 28, the Kannapolis Intimidators are hosting a special pre-game ceremony to recognize the 2015 Little League World Series softball champions from Rowan Little League.
The team will be available for pictures and autographs from 6 to 6:30 p.m. before heading down to the field to be recognized at 6:45 p.m.
The girls will throw out ceremonial first pitches before the Intimidators take the field against the Delmarva Shorebirds at 7:05 p.m.
Rowan Little League’s team of 11- and 12-year-old girls defeated a squad from Rhode Island last week in Portland to capture the title.
