East Rowan Diamond Sports’ 9U All-Stars finished as a state runner-up after a second-place finish at the Cal Ripken tournament from June 26-30 in Matthews. As one of the top two in the state, the team qualified for the Southeast Regional Tournament, which is July 14-19 in North Augusta, S.C.
