Gusty winds will blow through on Thursday, bringing in cooler air for Friday. Thursday starts out cloudy, but skies will clear gradually. Expect a high of 44 and winds from the north northwest at 6-14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.

Bring out the extra blankets and keep the pets warm Thursday night, when the low will be a frigid 16 degrees.

Friday will be sunny, but only 43 degrees for a high, with wind picking up during the day. Friday’s low will be around 27.

Saturday will be a good one to get outside for a bit. Mostly sunny skies will accompany a high of 56 degrees. The low will be 37.

Sunday will be nice, too, with a high around 60 and partly sunny skies. A 30 percent chance of rain moves in Sunday night, but the low will be just 41 degrees.

The 30 percent chance of rain continues into Monday, but with partly sunny skies and a high of 55. The low will be right at the freezing mark.

Look for mostly sunny skies Tuesday, with a high near 49.
