Today and Friday should be sunny and near 52, but if you have big plans for Saturday, you’re going to get wet.

Today should be partly sunny with a breeze from the north northeast. Tonight, we go down to 32 again.

Friday will be sunny, with more of those north northeast breezes. Trouble starts Friday night, with a low of 36 and a 30 percent chance of rain.

We have a 90 percent chance of rain Saturday, with a high of just 41. The rain tapers off Saturday night, with a 40 percent chance, but it will be cold, too, with a low of 33.

The National Weather Service is not using the S word anywhere, sorry.

Sunday, partly sunny skies return, with a high near 48. Then we’re back to a 30 percent chance of rain Sunday night, with a low of 35.

That leads to a 40 percent chance of rain Monday, with a high near 47 and mostly cloudy skies. Monday night, the chance of rain is 30 percent, with a low of 37.

And it just gets wetter from here. Tuesday, we have a 40 percent chance of rain, with a high of 52. Tuesday night, the chance of rain goes up to 60 percent, with a low around 42.

There’s a 50 percent chance of rain on Wednesday, with partly sunny skies and a high near 53.

If we’re lucky, the sun will return for Christmas day.
