In the Championship Flight of the Grady B. McCanless Four-Ball Tournament, the team of Michael Swaringen-Chris Williams defeated Andy Lombard-Jason Bernhard, 1-up.
Marcus Butcher made a double eagle Saturday on No. 18.
Closest to the pin on No. 6 was Todd Shuping. Closest to the pin on No. 10 was Clay Watson.

Rowan’s County game with the Mooresville Moors was rained out on Sunday night.
Rowan (9-3) is scheduled to play at home tonight against Southern Rowan (3-7) in a non-league game.
Divisional play is coming up. Southern Rowan plays its first divisional game on Tuesday when it takes on Kannapolis at Northwest Cabarrus High.
The first game counting in the divisional standings for Rowan is the Stanly County game at Newman Park on June 17. The five-team Southeast Division includes Rowan, Southern Rowan, Kannapolis, Stanly and Concord.
South Rowan swept a doubleheader with the Mooresville Post 537 team on Saturday, winning 2-0 and 12-4.
Walker Joyce pitched six shutout innings in the opener, and Dillon Norton got a save. Seth Cauble had two hits for South.
Josh Armstrong had two hits for the Legends. Drew Miller pitched well.
• Ryan Ashworth had three hits for South in the second game. Tyler Belk and Tristan Wyatt had doubles.
Hunter Dula had three hits for the Legends. Jeffrey Brawled had two.
The Kannapolis Intimidators couldn’t hold a 6-0 lead and lost 7-6 at Asheville in South Atlantic League action on Sunday.
Kannapolis (28-33) got a two-run homer from Trey Michalczewski. Carl Thomore had a two-run double.
Kannapolis manager Pete Rose Jr. was ejected in the fourth inning, arguing a close play at first base in which Asheville’s David Dahl was able to leg out a run-scoring infield single.
• Chris Dula (Catawba) and Nick Lomascolo (Catawba) have been pitching in extended Spring Training.
Dula is leaving today to join the Spokane team.
Lomascolo will likely join the State College Spikes in Pennsulvania.
Dula is in theRangers organization, while Lomascolo is a Cardinal.
• Daniel Wagner (South Rowan) hit a three-run homer for Birmingham on Sunday. Wagner had two hits and four RBIs in the Barons’ 8-6 loss to Jackson in the Double-A Southern League.
The Carson girls basketball program will host two camps in July. Camp for rising 5th-8th grade girls will be July 7-10 from 3:30-7:30 p.m., at a cost of $60.

Donte Minter will hold his 2nd annual pro skill development basketball camp this year at Hall Gym on July 14-17. Minter starred at West Rowan and played at Virginia, App. State and professionally in Europe.
