Authorities seized crack cocaine and marijuana from a Salisbury man after officials received a tip Tuesday that he was in possession of drugs and would be in the area.
The Salisbury Police charged Kenneth Dwayne Neely, 49, of the 1300 block of West Horah Street, with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana. Officers found 6.6 grams of crack cocaine and 2.2 grams of marijuana in a glass jar.
Neely has a number of convictions including felony breaking and entering, resisting arrest, misdemeanor larceny, drug possession, assault on an officer and attempted financial card fraud.
