EAST SPENCER — A man who was shot at an East Spencer apartment complex Sunday evening is in the hospital in critical condition, an authority said.
Telvin Morgan was shot around 6:45 p.m. Sunday while at Grant Street Apartments, according to acting East Spencer Police Chief Baxter Michael.
