Police seek public’s help in locating second shooting suspect

The Salisbury Police continue to seek the public’s help in locating a second suspect in the shooting death of Abraham Iman Jenkins.
Jenkins, 19, was killed Monday afternoon at the corner of West Horah and Institute streets, just a few blocks from home.
Andre Rynell Bognuda, 22, of East Fisher Street, Salisbury, was charged with his murder.
The incident occurred around 2:50 p.m. and Bognuda was arrested about an hour later during an unrelated traffic stop at Knox Street.
The second suspect is described as a dark-skinned black male with short dreadlocks and in his late teens to early 20s.
The department said it is appreciative of the people in the community who have come forward to assist them in the case. No motive has been given, but investigators say they continue to look into what happened that day.
