SALISBURY — A Salisbury man has been charged with indecent liberties with children, a felony.
Brian Keith Deaton, 26, of Tarheel Trail in Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday. He was given a $30,000 bond and placed in the Rowan County Detention Center.
Police say the victim was Deaton’s 15-year-old female acquaintance, and the sexual offense took place at her home.
