Cattleman’s Association to hear about forages, animal health products

The Rowan County Cattlemen’s Association will meet Thursday, April 4, at 7 p.m. at the Rowan County Agriculture Center on Old Concord Road in Salisbury.
Dr. Matt Poore, animal science specialist from North Carolina State University, will provide information on methods for effectively using forages.
Steve McGill, a representative from Merial Animal Health Co., will also speak about animal health products including a new generation of long acting de-wormers.
