KANNAPOLIS — A Kannapolis man is behind bars facing drug charges.
Kannapolis Police charged Dustin Bradley Sullivan, 29, of Klondale Avenue, with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling to store a controlled substance Sunday.
According to an arrest warrant, Sullivan was had balloons, straws and a container for storing heroin.
He was being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $15,000 bond.
