Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A motor vehicle larceny from Starhaven Drive reportedly occurred about 10:05 a.m. Dec. 5.

• A theft of motor vehicle accessories from Chamandy Drive, Granite Quarry reportedly occurred between midnight and noon Dec. 9.

• Tievette Marie Winbley, 43, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats.

• Korbyn Casper, 19, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with first-degree arson and burning of personal property.

• Melvin Omar Palomo-Suniga, 41, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with first-degree rape and indecent liberties with children. He was held without bond.

• Richard Vontorios Miller, 53, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

• Robert William Harmon, 52, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

• Samantha Kaylan Gallimore, 35, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

• James Michael Gallimore, 35, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

• Amber Nicole Richardson, 45, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

• Caleb Daniel Richardson, 19, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

• Hensley Dale Gray, 44, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.

• Kristin Leigh Butler, 40, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
