The town of East Spencer is sponsoring its first annual Health and Wellness Fair in partnership with Rowan Regional Medical Center on Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
There will be a number of health and wellness checks provided free of charge for the benefit of local residents. There will also be a blood drive with the Community Blood Center of Carolinas from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church, 600 S. Long St., East Spencer.
