Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Mobile Service Office is coming to Salisbury May 26.
A $2 million commitment from the Harley-Davidson Foundation allows The Harley Heroes program to visit dealers and offer information about veterans’ benefits and claims, free of charge.
The event will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Tilley Harley-Davidson, 653 Bendix Drive.
A DAV national service officer will provide counseling and claim-filing assistance. You do not have to be a member of the DAV to participate.
Those attending the event should bring their claim numbers, Social Security numbers and any other pertinent documentation.
