A 20-year-old Salisbury man was shot and killed at an East Spencer party Sunday morning.
East Spencer Police said Travis Julius Hinds, 303 Forest Drive, was shot at a party at 913 Cedar St. and was found dead at the scene when officers arrived at 3:45 a.m.
The report said 30 to 40 people were at the party at the time of the incident.
Police said multiple shots were fired, but they are waiting for a report from Raleigh to see how many times Hinds was shot.
East Spencer Police are asking anyone with information to call 704-637-1660. Authorities are still investigating.
