SALISBURY ó The Rowan Republicans will meet Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Commissionersí Chambers on the second floor of the County Administration Building, 130 W. Innes St.
This is a change from the normal meeting time, which is the second Tuesday of the month, because of Election Day.
N.C. Reps. Fred Steen and Harry Warren will discuss issues in the N.C. House of Representatives and plans for 2012.
