SALISBURY ó A Brown Road man is accused of possessing a stolen car-hauler trailer worth $15,000.
Mario Toso Lapp, 32, of 575 Brown Road, is charged with felony possession of stolen goods or property. He was released from the Rowan County Detention Center after posting $1,000 bond.
The offense occurred Tuesday, and Lapp was scheduled to appear in court Monday.
