Coming Monday: Thousands of people are expected to turn out next weekend for the first Biker, Blues & BBQ Rally at Tilley Harley-Davidson in Salisbury, featuring an official Kansas City BBQ Society cook-off and two nights of free entertainment.
Some 40 teams from five states have signed up for the cook-off. Local chefs are making last-minute preparations for the competition, including Chic Suggs’ team based out of Lee’s Sandwich Shop in Kannapolis.
