Misdemeanor probation violation ń Jamie Leigh Butler, also 2 charges felony probation violation out-of-county, willful violation, continue under former orders, 6 months intensive probation to continue with all drug treatment; Jericho Sion Euart, 2 charges, willful violations, two 75-day sentences invoked with second at expiration of first, DART program recommended; Sonya Little Fields, probation terminated unsuccessfully, $653.50 owed to be docketed as a civil judgment; Ebony Nicole Hooker, probation terminated unsuccessfully; Dionne Michelle Pharr, 2 charges, willful violations, 45-day and 90-day sentences invoked.
Misdemeanor probation violation out-of-county ń Eric Donell Cleveland, probation terminated unsuccessfully, $2,932.50 owed to be docketed as a civil judgment; Jonathan Nathaniel Gibson, probation terminated unsuccessfully.
Felony probation violation ń Jake Thomas Ellenburg, willful violation, 6-to-8-month sentence invoked, DART program recommended, submit DNA sample; Matthew Dale Fisher, 3 charges, three 6-to-8-month sentences invoked with second and third at expiration of previous, $2,832 restitution and $490 probation supervision fee to be docketed as a civil judgment; Mary Greene Millsaps, willful violation, 5-to-6-month sentence invoked, DART program recommended; Jason Emmanuel Roebuck, willful violation, 6-to-8-month sentence invoked, also misdemeanor probation violation, willful violation, 6-month sentence invoked to run concurrently, DART program recommended in both cases; Samuel Lee Stallings, probation terminated unsuccessfully upon payment of $1.205, remit $120 probation supervision fee owed.
