Police find marijuana growing

A Salisbury man face multiple felony drug charges.
Salisbury Police charged Carmen Robles, 44, of 255 Imperial Drive, with felony possession of marijuana with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver and felony maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance Thursday.
Capt. Shelia Lingle said someone called to tip off police about marijuana plants growing in Robles’ backyard.
When police arrived at his home they found 16 mature marijuana plants.
Robles was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $5,000 secured bond.
