SALISBURY — Police say a small bag of cocaine fell out of a man’s pocket as he was being arrested for trespassing Thursday night.
Eugene Oliver Jr., 41, of the streets of Salisbury, was charged with second-degree trespassing and felony possession of cocaine. He was given a $500 secured bond.
The arrest was made at 500 E. Innes St., an address from which he is banned.
