Two charged with trafficking cocaine

KANNAPOLIS – Two Concord residents have been charged by the Kannapolis Police Department with trafficking cocaine.
According to Kannapolis authorities, a drug investigation by the department’s vice and narcotics unit found that Untearda Ray Massey would be transporting a sizable amount of cocaine into Kannapolis Tuesday afternoon.
Officers found Massey in the 800 block of Washington Lane in Kannapolis, and found 58 grams of cocaine.
Associated with Massey, police say, is Fantasia Raquel White, who was also charged.
Massey, 37, of 2731 Barnfield Road, was charged with four counts of trafficking in cocaine and is in the Rowan County jail under a $750,000 secured bond.
White, 19, of the same address, was charged with one count of trafficking in cocaine and two counts of conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. She is in jail under a $75,000 secured bond.
