A Salisbury woman was charged early Sunday with driving while impaired and two counts of misdemeanor child abuse after Salisbury Police found her car wrecked on the side of Camp Road with two children inside, a Salisbury Police report said. An Intoxilyzer reading reported her blood alcohol content at 0.17 percent.
According to the report, April Olivia Lomax, 28, of 404 Mike Drive, has two pending charges for driving while impaired, the most recent in December, 2010, and also has pending child abuse charges.
Lomax received a $10,000 secured bond.
