The Salisbury Parks and Recreation Department’s Hall Gym, located at 1400 West Bank Street, will host registration for the Jr. Bobcats boys, girls and coed basketball leagues through Jan. 8 or until all spaces have been filled.
Hall Gym will accept registrations for the boys basketball league (ages 13-15), the girls basketball league (ages 7-15) and the coed basketball league (ages 5-6).
Each league focuses on developing fundamental skills, building character and self esteem, teaching teamwork and learning basic basketball techniques.
Each player will receive NBA material and a Bobcats jersey.
Registration fees for all leagues are $35 per player for city residents and $70 per player for non-residents.
Registration can be completed at Hall Gym. Practices will begin the week of Jan. 25 and be held in the evenings at Hall Gym from 5:30-8:30 p.m., with most games being played on Saturdays.
