Concord fire
CONCORD ó Fire destroyed a storage shed and damaged a house and cars Saturday.
The Concord Fire and Life Safety Department responded to 732 S.W. Old Charlotte Road around 11:30 p.m. Firefighters found the shed in flames.
The shed was a total loss, with damage estimated at $10,000. Heat caused about $1,500 damage to a house on the property. The fire destroyed a truck and caused an estimated $3,000 damage to two other cars, the department said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
