Concord bank robbery
CONCORD ó Police say a man robbed a BB&T bank branch Monday afternoon.
According to a Concord Police Department report, a man approached a teller at the 5145 Poplar Tent Road bank around 4:30 p.m. and demanded money.
The man left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money and was seen heading on foot toward Poplar Tent Road.
Witnesses described the suspect as a black man, between 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 6 inches tall and around 200 pounds. He wore a black jogging suit and a blue baseball cap during the robbery.
