CONCORD ó The International Corporate Center II, a development by Beacon Partners in the International Business Park at Concord, has added four new tenants.
Superfici America, Connextions, Delta Apparel and the Charlotte Observer will occupy space in the class-A project. This group joins a diverse mix of firms in the 517-acre business park.
The ICC includes options from 4,800 to 45,000 square feet with floor-to-ceiling storefront glass entryways, dock-high and drive-in doors and a 200-foot shared parking/loading area. Beacon Partners also provides turn-key interior build-out.
“These firms chose the ICC for its quality, the speed in which they could occupy space and the high-quality atmosphere of the International Business Park,” said Charlie Swanson, leasing agent, Beacon Partners. “The IBP’s strategic location along I-85 just north of downtown Charlotte is a strong draw for them.”
Superfici America supplies wood finishing equipment and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elmag, S.p.A. Connextions, which is already located in the Park, specializes in customer service applications for clients in a broad range of industry sectors. Delta Apparel manufactures a variety of different knitwear products, and the Charlotte Observer is the largest daily newspaper for the Charlotte region.
