Correction on recommendations for county raises

CorrectionCounty Manager Gary Page is not recommending salary increases for county employees. A story on the Rowan County budget in Wednesday’s paper reported nearly 30 employees were recommended for raises as part of the annual reclassification. The increases were recommended as part of the normal review process.
