– Richard Pressley, 40, was charged with felony breaking or entering a vehicle at 1010 Valley St., Kannapolis.
– Scott Allan Strachan, 47, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender at 1836 Sells Road, Salisbury.
– Lisa Marie Sachariat was bitten by an animal at 1317 S. Cannon Blvd., Kannapolis on Monday.
