CONCORD ó The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the Governmental Center in Concord.
The board will consider approval of the N.C. Governor’s Highway Safety Program grant for the Cabarrus Sheriff’s Department.
