– Felony assault inflicting serious bodily injury ó James Marcus Williams, also felony breaking and entering, domestic criminal trespassing and assault on a female, 19-23 months, suspended, five years probation including six months intensive probation due to amount of restitution, transfer to Cabarrus County, DNA sample.
